“Ignition wanted mine and my partners licence and access codes sent over, happy to do so. i didn't realise the email was in my outbox due to flying abroad, i came back to an email saying my policy been cancelled. called today to discuss was told the was a £76 cancellation fee due. why when they cancelled not me? anyway said i'll pay and can they just re instate my policy. nope it has to start a whole new one....OK so i assume the £400 deposit will get carried over to the new account policy?... no. they need another deposit leaving I've lost that one! the policy was only taken out 16 days ago! granted send the documents was my responsibility, just with moving house and having to fly to Germany for a family bereavement kind of took priority and i didn't check my email was sent correctly. £400 + £205 + £76 for 16 days insurance, ignition are not so cheap after all.

“Worse customer service ever entriprise gone bust wrong info off them owe me hundreds the car insurance was a rip off as made deposit then after 14 cooling off period bumped it up another 220 pounds knowledge of this company disgraceful I've another policy with this firm and I'm worried about if I do have a accident will they pay out?? m y a vise if you read this stay well clear as there not bothered about you they want to rip you off as much as you can they advised me when the broker went into liquidation that I would be getting nothing”
