You made a mistake when my son lnformd you he changed his address.you gave him a qoute for a new policy 40.00 pound a month more. We have moved from London and my wife me and my daughter all have had refunds from our insurance company's .he now has had a text to fit a box?. He had it fitted in August when he renewed his policy for the 5th year with you.how on earth can your staff give my son a new policy with one running already. We hope to god we are not going to be paying for 2 amounts each month.

I have recently took out a policy with you guys for my car insurance however after reading so many bad reviews I'm a little concerned, does the box really drain your car battery the last thing I want is to break down and can you really cancel my insurance without letting me know, I haven't had box fitted on my car yet its being done on Friday 22 September, so would be very grateful if you could honestly answer my question thank you,
