I recently got myself scammed, no fault of Lloyds, feeling distressed and at my wits end at a busy time I finally got through to the fraud dept. I was treated with total respect and eventually had my problem solved, I am truly grateful and appreciate the way my problem was handled by a lovely young man,Richard is his name though he didn't ask for recognition. My account being blocked I had to call again for help to get it unblocked and again I had patience and respect from the lovely Welsh man whose name I cant recall. I can't thank you enough for a caring respectful and understanding service

Well done the lady in Banstead Lloyd’s Bank. You are a star. Main Tel wasn’t great but she saved the day. This is why it’s so so important that local branches remain open- they know their customers and provide REAL customer service.

Contacted Lloyds Bank fraud team due to a suspicious payment, spoke to a woman named Cat (meow) from Ireland. Ended up resolving my issue quickly and efficiently and was a joy to talk to. Above and beyond customer service.

I lost my bank card,ordered a new one.Such a good and helpful service at the Leicester branch and also customer service.Recived my New Bank card 1 day later!👏👍Thank u

Tunstall lloyds. Outstanding service given to me when I was under pressure to send money over seas. The manager to a person on the desk were very helpful and showed genuine empathy. CBD

Having had Buildings & Contents insurance through Lloyd’s for several years I’ve always been impressed with their customer service which for many large organisations be poorly lacking - but not in this case which is refreshing!

Ignore adverse comments from banks under anonymous. Moving to Lloyds was the best moves I’ve done. Customer service is more than excellent and they are superb on sorting fraud withdrawals. I lost my card and it was replaced in 2 days. For personal banking do yourself a favour and ask Lloyds to switch for you.
