“ Avoid post office money, really awful, I ordered some travel money that was never delivered and not refunded, I cancelled my trip and still waiting for the money to arrive; they refused to refund and just asked me to wait until it is declared lost. ”

“ I believe strongly I had asked this to be done over the phone, they say not, I couldn't remove it so they took the money, my bank did a reversal so I could pay a new insurer, they finally sent a refund, the first within one day I had received threatening letters about it being passed over to the debt collecting agency, I paid them back and sorted in one day later, they have now done a reversal with my bank taking the money again. ”

“ I paid £65 2 months ago to be added to my wife's car policy. I now no longer drive and we have been told that instead of getting a £40 refund, I'll have to pay £95 to longer drive! Original policy was £240. With these 'adjustment' costs the policy has cost £400. Shame, real shame as we have been using the Post Office for over 40 years up until now. We won't do in the future! ”

“ Will never ever insure with these ever again, after so many cock ups on the policy they then said there'd be no fee for my original amendments , they then took the fee and I spent near enough 2 hours chasing my refund which then went into a wrong account 18 days later still waiting!! AVOID!!!!!!! ”
