i am having redecoration done in my home. I have moved all my furniture out etc as I am having walls replastered, ceilings and walls papered in every room, a new kitchen bathroom, en-suite floors tiled throughout excluding bedrooms which are being carpeted. The house will be occupied with workmen during the day but empty at night. is this regarded as an unoccupied house?
