“The company site doesnt allow the email icon to actually connect so you go through your email provider and they never reply to your query, your calls are cut off you cant get to speak to anyone, once i managed to speak to an advisor its the worst insurance company ive ever dealt with dont go there.”
“Very bad company and never come back again. I had to sent 4 times NCD by email and they still send me email with note they cancel policy if I do not send NCD. So bad customer service and take just many for nothing. So hassle. NO RECOMMEND!”

“Not a great experience. Really competitive premium to insure my daughter as main driver on a provisional. Went to upgrade insurance when she passed her test and premium £2,500 over the average quote. Have cancelled and hopefully that will get my refund but looking at other reviews, not confident. Should have opted for a more mainstream company. That said, I did get through on the phone and the rep I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful.”
“The website is very easy to use but they have taken out money from my account even though I have already cancelled and then I have already emailed them to contact me and they have completely ignored me for two weeks. so they will take your money and ignore you completely.

I was really looking forward to continuing my policy with quicksure but at the end of my insurance policy they sent me an email saying I couldn't continue my policy with them with no explanation why. I found that very distasteful especially since I've been a loyal customer.”

“This is a 'no frills' budget online insurance company which provides the cheapest quotes by keeping overheads down. However, you cannot speak to anyone if you have a problem. It has an absolutely maddening system of listing the questions you can ask and makes it extremely difficult to ask something that is outside of the prescribed list.
I wanted to add a temporary driver, but it would not allow me because it said that I had outstanding documentation which I had to upload first. However, it would not tell me what they needed.There was nowehere in 'my account' where it showed what I had uploaded and what they were still waiting for. I could not ring anyone to sort this out, and eventually worked out how to email them and it then took 2 weeks for them to reply with the details of what was outstanding. By then it was too late to insure our friend.
This could be a great service but not as it is currently set up. I would not want to renew with this company.”
