Tried to submit a claim as I’ve not received my refund from virgin Atlantic. Over a week later and I still haven’t received any communication from Sainsburys. So far not impressed at all!!

They have my refund for flights but won't pay me unless I sign to say I have received it through S75 which is not correct.

Taking far too long to refund me under section 75 for cancelled flights by flight company due to Covid -19. My sons Visa debit card for a cancelled flight with another bank refunded him within 2 weeks. Why is it taking so long when everyone in the country knows flights have been cancelled for months. I sent all the proof requested

Absolutely dreadful customer service, been waiting now over 3 months for a refund on a fraudulent transaction,, have had to contact the ombudsman.

We took out annual global travel insurance In February then cancelled it the next day. It has however so far taken 2 months to process the refund. It's been 5 phone calls, 3 emails, 3 tweets and each time they apologise, say they made a mistake and they'll process it. I'm now having to take them to a Small Claims Court. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I need to allow the company concerned to process the refund.

BEWARE! Can't give zero star but wish I could, poor service left me defrauded and now bank refusing to refund. Appauling customer care, poor customer service team helpless! Ombudsman here I come.

Bought Thai Bhat instead of Indonesian money in error. Returned whole amount next day (£300), but got £249.50 back. This was genuine error on my part, rate didn't fluctuate and could understand some loss. However nearly 20% is ridiculous especially when M&S and John Lewis offer full refund if you make a mistake and return - that is quality customer service, not what Sainsbury's offer.

Two days later a message was left on my home line, this was after giving them a prefered number to call me on other than my home line, the message was to inform me that they could not fill my order and would give me a refund in three to five working days.

By far the worst customer service and most disorganised company I have had the displeasure to use the services of. Overcharged, instead of refunding, they charged me again. Then had confirmation letters of my refund, but no actual refund. When I told them I wanted to cancel they tried charging me a cancellation fee. When I tried making complaints I got hung up on more than once. Avoid at all costs.
