“It took days to get through and when we did we were told it was the wrong dept even though it was the number given to us really frustrating should get their act together we are still waiting for a reply after sending in an estimate two weeks ago shall be ringing them tomorrow and won't be using them next year would rather pay a bit more an get a better service”
“I did not really get to the start line with this company. My details were fed in for home insurance on the GoCompare website. Then I fed through to the Policy Shop website, where I had to repeat exactly the same lengthy details. Then I had to telephone the Policy Shop, who promised to get back. They did not. Next day I telephone again and this time they did get back. Unfortunately, they required that we go through all the details as filled out twice online yet again before they could quote. I have a life I want to live, and it is too short to be endlessly filling in my details for an insurance broker. Now I will get on to someone else who will simply accept my online details and give me a policy.”
