I originally posted a review about a week+ ago out of frustration of having very poor customer service. Since then I have had various communications with gearbest which have left me with a more positive experience. I eventually received a full refund for the incorrect item and gearbest told me to keep the incorrect item they sent to me which I told them I am donating to a local community services agency.
