They've updated their servers, at least that's what they told me, and while doing so deleted all the accounts. So you have to register again. Which wouldn't be so bad, but even if you do, all the info is gone. All your orders, customer support tickets, refunds, GB points, G-Wallet... all of it is gone. So, if you had any money from a refund in your account GONE, and they're not willing to refund it. Essentially they've stolen your money, and there's not a single thing you can do about it. At least that's the gist I got from the support until they stopped responding. At least I didn't loose that much like some people have. Same thing with any recent orders. If you haven't gotten the item, there's a high chance you aren't going to. Even if you do receive something, it's either going to be a random thing, or a broken POS that you can't return or claim warranty on. Best thing you can do is request a refund from you bank/paypal/credit card and report them for scamming. STAY AWAY OR THEY WILL SCAM YOU ! Report them as such and choose another store to do business with.

Refund made difficult although defect item arrivedIl Rimborso è stato difficile anche se l'articolo difettoso è arrivato I have bought a smartphone as a christmas present for my daughter. It arrived after 3.5 weeks from China, but after trying to install my apps it became clear via messages by my provider, that the phone has been bricked, and there was not data connection to the internet via the sim card. I have tried 4 weeks to receive help from the seller. They claimed it was the mistake of my provider or my sim card. After contacting the provider, the main Italian network provider "TIM"(Telecom Italia Mobile) several times by telephone, who checked the connections in my area, I was told that the connectivity was ok and that there must be a problem with my telephone. So I took the phone to a tecnician of a "Centro Tim", who checked my sim card, with three different new telephones, and confirmed, that the phone was the problem, not the sim. I have now opened a dispute via paypal, since the company offering now to refund me 10% of the paid costs, me loosing 90%, nearly €100. This unacceptable, I can understand that an item is damaged or has some problem, it is not the first time, but usually also the chinese sellers refund/replace the item when it is obvious that they have made the mistake. However not Gearbest, at the beginning of a conflict the promise to help fast and make "the valued customer" happy, but they just try to make it so difficult for the customer, that most people will not try to get a refund. Luckily I am protected by paypal. This is my 4th smartphone, that I buy directly from China, but it is my first experience with gearbest, it was my nightmare over Christmas trying to make it work. Better do not touch gearbest, if you do not want such a negative experience. Ho comprato uno smartphone come regalo di Natale per mia figlia. Ho provato 4 settimane per ricevere aiuto dal venditore. Hanno affermato che è stato un errore del mio provider o della mia scheda SIM. Dopo aver contattato più volte telefonicamente il provider, il principale operatore di rete italiano "TIM" (Telecom Italia Mobile), che ha verificato le connessioni nella mia zona, mi è stato detto che la connettività era ok e che doveva esserci un problema con il mio telefono. Così ho portato il telefono da un tecnico di un "Centro Tim", che ha controllato la mia scheda sim, con tre diversi telefoni nuovi, e ha confermato che il problema era il telefono, non la sim. Ora ho aperto una controversia tramite paypal, dato che l'azienda si offre ora di rimborsarmi il 10% delle spese pagate, perdendo il 90%, quasi 100€. Questo è inaccettabile, posso capire che un articolo è danneggiato o ha qualche problema, non è la prima volta, ma di solito anche i venditori cinesi rimborsano/sostituiscono l'articolo quando è evidente che hanno commesso l'errore. Tuttavia non Gearbest, all'inizio di un conflitto promette di aiutare velocemente e rendere felice "il cliente stimato", ma cercano solo di renderlo così difficile per il cliente, che la maggior parte delle persone non cercherà di ottenere un rimborso. Per fortuna sono protetto da paypal. Questo è il mio quarto smartphone, che compro direttamente dalla Cina, ma è la mia prima esperienza con Gearbest, è stato il mio incubo a Natale cercando di farlo funzionare. Meglio non toccare gearbest, se non vuoi un'esperienza così negativa.

Avoid Gearbest at all costs - you may not receive items you order. And when that happens, Gearbest customer support does nothing to help. Their claims about money back guarantee or exceptional customer service are completely false. It is a very unreliable company - avoid avoid avoid. I have asked for refund 20 times already and still have not received it. It is just a waste of my time. I will be suing Gearbest on order I have not received.

I bought a soldering iron that I liked so much I ordered a second one to give as a gift. They sent me only the tip of the soldering iron. I sent them pictures but they kept sending Messages saying they needed more. I didn't know what to tell them them I asked dem to trust me and that the picture showed what I had received. They continually gave me the runaround showing that there mistrust of customers was such but I won't do business with them again.

I ordered an internet booster over 1 year ago. I would periodically check in and be told that it would ship in about 2 weeks. Eventually I realized I was just being told the same thing every time. Several months ago I gave up on getting my product and asked to have my money refunded. I was told it would be refunded, but months later it was not. After well over 1 year I have no product and no refund. I have filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau, but so far GearBest has not responded to them either. BBB has given GearBest an F rating, and a customer rating of only 1.12 out of 5. You can confirm this by checking them out on the BBB website. Stay away from this company. They may tell you what you want to hear when you reach out to them, but they have not demonstrated the integrity to do what they say they will do.

I ordered a product in May of last year that hasn't shipped. After countless attempts to contact them, I was told it was out of stock. I then asked for a refund, and they said I'd get one only for nothing to happen. I've been contacting them endlessly as I need that money but everyone just keeps lying to me and/or telling me different things, referring me to other people, I even had someone say that a manager will email me in 24h and nothing happened. I referred my partner to Gearbest and this was my attempt to get his money back as guilt was eating me from the inside. Still trying my best. Definitely the worst experience.

DO NOT USE GEARBEST. I have purchased items before without issue but the company is now so unprofessional. I purchased a phone with 12 to 17 days delivery, over 3 months later and many emails and I'm still waiting. All I get is you must keep waiting... I don't hold much hope of getting my money back... DO NOT BUY from this company...

This site is a scam. I bought a drone in May 2021 and it was never sent. They provided a fake tracking number and they were never able to provide an actual shipping company name. After numerous emails to them their customer service reps kept delaying and giving false information. They offered to refund 50% claiming I never bought insurance. However no shipping insurance was offered and more importantly they're tracking number is fake and after two and a half months they still won't provide a real tracking number or real shipping company name. Total scam.

Had at least 10 orders this year not one even shipped!! Say will refund and don't and site is still selling same items that I'm told are not in Stock!! BEEN using THEM FOR YEARS AND NOT HAD THIS PROBLEM UNTILL NOW!! SHAME BUT WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!

After six weeks of purchasing an item still not shipped. But I keep getting ads for it. Keep contacting them and they say the item is out of stock. Be aware, they charge your credit card and take their sweet time to send you the item (If they send you). Worst service ever

Thiefs plane ans simple, even had to renew my credit card after this buy. first time in my life have i got a fraudulous transaction after a buy. Must be them, item not shipped yet! STAY AWAY !!!

Wir haben ihn dann, auf eigene Kosten, für ca.18 Euro nach Alicante geschickt. Nun gut, dafür, dass er dann wieder "ganz" ist, dachten wir uns, zahlen wir nochmals ca.18 Euro. Dann nachgefragt, sie hätten den Staubsaugroboter angeblich nicht erhalten. Also auch hier Vorsicht/unser Tipp: Behaltet immer Eure Belege (!). Wir haben Ihnen dann unseren Postbeleg zugesandt. Plötzlich haben sie ihn "gefunden". Na gut. Dann nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen (und 3 Monaten ohne Staubsaugroboter) wurde uns noch nicht einmal die Hälfte des originalen Kaufpreises angeboten. Obwohl wir niemals Geld wollten, sondern einfach nur einen intakten Staubsaugerroboter. Wir haben dann nochmals deutlich gemacht, dass wir unseren reparierten Staubsaugroboter zurück haben möchten. So wie es mit GearBest vereinbart war. GearBest weigert sich jedoch, uns unser Originalgerät zurück zu schicken. Das ist ein klarer Wortbruch. Sie haben noch nicht einmal mitgeteilt, warum wir unseren Staubsaugerroboter nicht zurück erhalten können. Obwohl es so vereinbart war. So etwas ist uns noch nie mit einem Onlinehändler passiert. Fazit: Wir raten von einem Kauf bei GearBest gänzlich ab. Wenn man sich die anderen negativen Bewertungen anschaut, sind wir nicht die einzigen, die knappe 240 Euro zum Fenster hinausgeworfen haben. Schade um die Zeit (wir haben unzählige Nachrichten mit dem Kundenservice hin- u.hergeschickt) und unser Geld.

I have been waiting for a refund for over 8 months now. My tickets go unanswered for months, leaving me having to go into live chats that are only offered in certain departments. For the months of January and February I was given different dates on when my refund would be sent in and every single one of the them was wrong. The only one that did make it on time was the one sent to my Gearbest wallet. I only agreed to it if withdrawing it would be simple, but turns out you can't withdraw your funds at all. Now I am being ignored on the chat's all together.
