Do not purchase from GearBest. I had purchased masks on March 30. After complaining twice they said it would ship within 7-14 days each time. Its May 29th and the product still hasn't shipped a full 60 days after the order was placed. Don't buy anything of this site.

GEARBEST - The worst experience!!! the worst experience and customer service i have ever had. Ordered for a birthday present allowing for at least three weeks prior to when i needed the items and also paid £15.88 for fast delivery promising 5-10 working days. I was only informed after the ten days almost ended that my item was out of stock and only because i emailed them. I explained that on the webpage while i was purchasing the item it was showing clearly that it is in stock - why would i otherwise chose this and pay for 5-10 days. their answer was that they did not anticipated how fast it would sale!!! it has been 25 days now and i am still battling to get even an answer as to when my items will arrive to them so they can dispatch it. They have not even offered to refund me for the £15.88 fast delivery which of course i never got. I am actually worried that this site is a scum and that may be i need to seek legal advice! Very disappointing and now i will proceed to Consumers Protection federation.

More than one month I waited for product that was never send to me. Now I must wait more to get my money back. Nonsence. Please make them payback.

The worst ever. Save you money and most importantly you TIME. I ordered 3 items. It has been 50 days and still didn’t receive anything. Customer service sucks. You can’t call them. You can only text them. And after loosing so much time. They’ll tell you to contact the sellers. And to do that is another story. It took me several attempts. And at the end I still didn’t get my order and still don’t know what’s going on after 50 days. And where’s Gearbest. It looks like they don’t give a shiiiiit.

Horrible company with horrible customer service. Bought a smart watch, never received it. Asked for refund. They said they can only do a partial refund because I declined shipping insurance??? what a bs. I would not recommend doing business with these scums.

Purchased an electric-bike, arrived damaged. Tried to discuss with "gearbest." Kept getting routed to the suppliers, but suppliers use gearbest website, so surely gearbest should control the customer journey. I even received shipping info via gearbest website not the suppliers. Also you cannot find any contact details for gearbest suppliers. Gearbest will not take ownership or responsibility, even though they use these suppliers and promote via gearbest website. I am know left with damaged bike that nobody wants to help with. Absolutely disgusting and vicious circus that leaves honest customers with no customer support and no conclusions. Never will I use there services again, gearbest is the equivalent to a modern day highway robber, take your money and leave, they only answer queries with more questions and no action. There cheap for a reason, use at your discretion, hope my advice keeps you from harm. Thank goodness we have social media as a platform to unmask these unscrupulous victim makers. Take your business elsewhere as I do use other suppliers and never have I dealt with such ignorance.

Promised a partial refund ? because the Xiaomi Amazfit Stratos developed a screen fault at 7 months, a refund that takes only 48hrs. Despite several emails six weeks on still no refund. Gearbest warranty is worthless . The watch has now refused to recharge so don't expect anymore than 7 to 8 months from a Xiaomi Amazfit Stratos . I suspect the Amaz part of the name is for if it lasts any longer !

Since my first order with Gearbest went off without a hitch. I decided to buy something more expensive this time. A Xiaomi Mi 9 SE, worth about 300 USD. With the buyer protection and the additional transport insurance I thought I would be on the safe side. According to DHL shipment tracking [1] (package no. 0034043434268750749369) the article should have been delivered to me personally on 18.06.2019 at 16:40. I still any other person from my household has received the package. Also with demand with the neighbours the package did not appear. On 20.06. I have given up thereupon with Gearbest a support inquiry. I was put off, I should wait nevertheless still a few days. DHL could not help me because I am only the recipient and therefore not the contract partner. On 25.06. I opened a case with the PayPal buyer protection in the hope to get a refund fast and uncomplicated. But since Gearbest could prove with the help of the parcel number that a parcel was supposedly delivered, PayPal proved the seller right and rejected my request for a refund. After that, I asked Gearbest to submit a request to DHL for a refund if the package was actually stolen or lost. However, Gearbest will argue that the package has been delivered as this will be shown in the Tracking section. I then submitted a request for investigation to DHL, which was rejected by letter a few days later - again with the statement that only the shipper can do this. After calling DHL, however, I was informed that a Mr Eric Yeung (operator of a fulfillment center, commissioned by Gearbest) had filed an investigation request. On 11.07. I was told to wait until 02.08. and then I will get a solution according to the terms and conditions of Gearbest. I have assumed that the result of the investigation will be awaited. On the question how the solution will look like (refund or new delivery), I received no exact statement. On 04.08. I wrote to Gearbest again, this time the tracking was pointed out again and the blame was placed on the parcel service: "As we explained earlier on the shipping company's website the parcel has been delivered. In this case, the package was shipped to the correct address as provided by you during the checkout and we shipped it to you in good faith. Unfortunately these kinds of losses are beyond our control. [...] We regret to inform you that there is no compensation in such case. The shipping agent is responsible for this loss." Now I stand there, $300 poorer and without a smartphone. The Gearbest customer service is really the very last and I can't recommend anyone to buy there. Beware of this online shop, the savings are in my opinion not worth the trouble in case of a problem.

I ordered an item and waited for delivery for over two months as adviced by their "customer support", Upon passing the 2 months mark I contacted them to ask for a refund and was only offered a "Partial refund", The order cost me £13.49 and they only offered me 8.7 USD that equates to £6.80.... Do not trust them... don't make my mistake Also they have struck my other review on another review site so that I cant impact on other customers... well I intend to continue

A very unreliable company with no customer care. Don’t order from them unless you want to wait long time and the item not arrive. Cheapest is not always the "best" Gearbest customer support kept me waiting 3 months before I could claim a refund and then only offered to put half the amount into a credit account when buying from them again, this was because I did not purchase extra shipping insurance !!!! If you want to avoid a huge disappointment and a total dissatisfaction don’t deal with Gearbest...... Try eBay or Amazon instead with good buyer protection. Never again will I buy from them or recommend anyone else to deal with them.

Firstly When you are considering spending money with gear best you can speak with a live chat agent in an instant.. Once gear best has your money, if a problem arises with your order then you can not speak to anyone what so ever! You are told to leave a ticket message and wait for a response and gear best can choose to NEVER respond to that ticket, which is precisely what they are currently doing to me. I made an order of a laptop four months ago costing almost £2000 which is a considerable amount of money to me. The laptop had still not arrived after the 3 month delivery window had passed. When I contacted them they sent me what they are saying is proof of delivery which is just a scribble that does not resemble my or any name. One agent told me the postman must have stole my order and that's not there fault. Another agent told me I should make a claim with the courier, but I have looked into this and by law I have no contract with the courier, only with the retailer. Consumers are advised to only contact the retailer as they have no contract with the courier. The couriers contract is with the retailer, not myself. By law I am entitled to a refund from the retailer. Unfortunately, now that they have established that the proof of delivery they have is not valid they are ignoring me. For over a month now, gear best has given me nothing other than lies, excuses, stalling tactics, agents even mocking me for being upset. When your tickets are not responded to you have no choice but to speak to the pre-sales team via live chat and beg them to help you which will drive you insane as they will lie to you repeatedly and mock you for being upset for hours. You can explain to them all day long that your tickets are never responded to and that the ticket system is simply not a viable option... all they will ever to tell you to do is wait 24 hours for your ticket to be responded to, one single second after you tell them you have already waited 5 days and had no response. After I was promised by a customer support member named (Zhang) that they would definitely get back to me to resolve my issue and they never did, I asked one live chat agent why this is, who responded by saying they just spoke with Zhang' and they said Zhang' would get back to me within a few hours (which Zhang did not) Then when I asked a different agent why Zhang had not contacted me later as promised this other agent told me that Zhang' was on holiday. NOTHING BUT LIES ONE AFTER ANOTHER IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH GEAR BEST THIS IS WHERE YOU WILL END UP YOUR TICKETS WILL NOT BE RESPONDED TO LIVE CHAT AGENTS WILL LIE TO YOU AND MOCK YOU YOU WILL GET NO HELP AT ALL, THEY WILL ACTIVELY TRY TO DRIVE YOU ROUND THE BEND SO YOU WILL GIVE UP. WHEN YOU PROVE TO GEAR BEST THAT YOU ARE LEGALLY ENTITLED TO A REFUND THEY WILL THEN REFUSE TO RESPOND TO YOU IN AN ATTEMPT TO KEEP YOUR MONEY FOR AN ORDER YOU DID NOT RECEIVE I would like to take legal action against gear best. I have asked gear best to provide me with the details of there financial ombudsman and any alternative schemes they are a part of so I can try to retrieve the money this way but they refuse to provide this information. Legally, I have to try this route first before I can sue gear best, but gear best will not give me these details which is highly illegal. GEAR BEST IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM GEAR BEST UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES SETTING FIRE TO YOUR MONEY WILL AT LEAST PROVIDE YOU WITH A PRETTY FLAME SPENDING IT WITH GEAR BEST WILL GET YOU NOTHING

Sent broken phone (no big deal it happens), told them immediately. After weeks of complete nonsense emails, claimed it was out of stock. I directed them to their own website that day where it was being sold. Then demanded that I pay more because they had raised their price, and now say it may take 7 more weeks, paid 9/25 estimated delivery 12/7.

I ordered a mobile phone from GearBest (Order no. W1710200421037120) and paid for expedited shipping via DHL, plus shipping insurance and tracking. When I ordered, their website showed 29 units in stock at their HK2 warehouse. It was one of their flash deals, so included some discount. It has been 5 days since payment made ans still no shipping or tracking number received. I contacted them and was told the phone is on back order and should ship within the next 14 days. NOT ACCEPTABLE. I was also given the option of picking another model, or refund. From other reviews on GearBest, it seems refunds take more than a month and sometimes never arrive. Let's see how GearBest handles this problem, so please watch this space for updates soon.

They've updated their servers, at least that's what they told me, and while doing so deleted all the accounts. So you have to register again. Which wouldn't be so bad, but even if you do, all the info is gone. All your orders, customer support tickets, refunds, GB points, G-Wallet... all of it is gone. So, if you had any money from a refund in your account GONE, and they're not willing to refund it. Essentially they've stolen your money, and there's not a single thing you can do about it. At least that's the gist I got from the support until they stopped responding. At least I didn't loose that much like some people have. Same thing with any recent orders. If you haven't gotten the item, there's a high chance you aren't going to. Even if you do receive something, it's either going to be a random thing, or a broken POS that you can't return or claim warranty on. Best thing you can do is request a refund from you bank/paypal/credit card and report them for scamming. STAY AWAY OR THEY WILL SCAM YOU ! Report them as such and choose another store to do business with.

I ordered an internet booster over 1 year ago. I would periodically check in and be told that it would ship in about 2 weeks. Eventually I realized I was just being told the same thing every time. Several months ago I gave up on getting my product and asked to have my money refunded. I was told it would be refunded, but months later it was not. After well over 1 year I have no product and no refund. I have filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau, but so far GearBest has not responded to them either. BBB has given GearBest an F rating, and a customer rating of only 1.12 out of 5. You can confirm this by checking them out on the BBB website. Stay away from this company. They may tell you what you want to hear when you reach out to them, but they have not demonstrated the integrity to do what they say they will do.

I ordered a product in May of last year that hasn't shipped. After countless attempts to contact them, I was told it was out of stock. I then asked for a refund, and they said I'd get one only for nothing to happen. I've been contacting them endlessly as I need that money but everyone just keeps lying to me and/or telling me different things, referring me to other people, I even had someone say that a manager will email me in 24h and nothing happened. I referred my partner to Gearbest and this was my attempt to get his money back as guilt was eating me from the inside. Still trying my best. Definitely the worst experience.

DO NOT USE GEARBEST. I have purchased items before without issue but the company is now so unprofessional. I purchased a phone with 12 to 17 days delivery, over 3 months later and many emails and I'm still waiting. All I get is you must keep waiting... I don't hold much hope of getting my money back... DO NOT BUY from this company...
