I ordered a mobile phone from GearBest (Order no. W1710200421037120) and paid for expedited shipping via DHL, plus shipping insurance and tracking. When I ordered, their website showed 29 units in stock at their HK2 warehouse. It was one of their flash deals, so included some discount. It has been 5 days since payment made ans still no shipping or tracking number received. I contacted them and was told the phone is on back order and should ship within the next 14 days. NOT ACCEPTABLE. I was also given the option of picking another model, or refund. From other reviews on GearBest, it seems refunds take more than a month and sometimes never arrive. Let's see how GearBest handles this problem, so please watch this space for updates soon.
