“My daughter's 3 and has been wearing hearing aids since she was 4 months old. We recently moved to a city that gets 20mph winds and she was be terrified to go outside. I found Ear Gears after some research online and boy are we glad we found them! My daughter is no longer afraid of the wind and I tried testing them with the tube tester so I could hear what the hearing aids sounded like when I blew on them with and without the Ear Gears and it made such a difference. I told our daughter's audiologist and she said that Ear Gears are great because they don't distort the sound. She said they've used them with children and problems with sweat before but not wind and she's glad they work so well with wind, too.”

“After losing one of my hearing aids (which had cost $1800), I was grateful to learn about the Ear Gear solution. The audiologist I see had recommended Ear Gear and showed me how to attach the devise when it arrived. The color I chose matches the color of my hair, and the attachment strings are not noticeable.”

“I perspire a lot and the Ear Gear helps a lot to protect my hearing aids. They don't prevent the scratching noise from my hair as I had hoped.”

“I like them and this is my second pair. Unfortunately, I cannot keep them in place. Lost one so I decided to try another set. Haven’t lost another yet but they don’t sit well for me.”

“Mark, I ordered a set of the ear gear for my oticon hearing aids . I was getting them wet when I was working around my home.I perspire which can be frequent. So far your product has been wonderful since my order date in July.I wanted to see if the inner workings of the hearing aid were fine when the audiologist saw them . No rust on connections inside either of the hearing aids. Great product.My audiologist recommended them . Sincerely, Michele Giuliani”

“I have only used them several times. I put them on my HA before I go out to garden. I am learning how to operate the clip that attaches to my clothing but it has been difficult to manipulate for me. I love the bright colors on the socks! Hopefully this will save my HAs. I've only had them since February and already had to have the microphones replaced due to sweat getting in them.”

Hi Brett, Thank you for your review. We have a trick that may help when putting the Ear Gear on and off. Using a straw, wide enough for your earmold to slide through. Cut the straw to a length that is a bit longer then the Ear Gear sleeve, insert the straw through the Ear Gear sleeve to stretch the smaller opening, then slide your hearing aid through the straw. Remove the straw. I hope this will help.
