ORDERED A CLOCK BUT THEY DELIVERED A LUGGAGE SCALE. RANG, RANG, RANG. EMAILED, EMAILED, EMAILED. FILLED IN THE RETURNS FORM. NOTHING. LEFT A EMAILED WITH MY PHONE NUMBER; RING ME, URGENT. NOTHING. NEVER AGAIN.

Gear Geek seems like a decent company - I appreciate that they are up front about being a dropshipping company, and they look like they have solid returns policies etc. Delivery was surprisingly slow.

Bought some Bluetooth headphones Which had a good review just before I left for travelling. They stopped working as soon as they ran out of charge for the first time. I now cannot do anything because the returns policy doesn’t fit what I need to do so I will have to spend more money on new ones somewhere else

Cheap gear , cheap returns policy. No prepaid returns label, have to pay returns yourself , so what the point ,lose more money.

Not impressed at all. Didn't work and when I looked at the returns procedure it was so convoluted I gave up. Don't recommend and will not be using you again
