They are poor quality and these guys don’t seem to want to refund faulty items. I am having the exact same issue with ones that seemed obviously used on delivery to me

Hello Flo, Our products are unbranded compatible items that are designed to look and work in a similar way to original items. No items we stock carry any brand other than Inks Direct. These measurements are accurate to the nearest MM. Charger box: 60mm x 50mm Earbud Head: 23mm (widest part) Earbud Length: 47mm (from bottom to top of bud head) I hope this helps

Why are my headphones only playing out of one ear ?

Hello Evie, Ensure bluetooth on the device you are connecting to is off before starting this process. 1. With the earbuds in the charging box press the charging box power button to activate them. 2. Remove both earbuds from the charging box they will both flash red and blue. 3. The Earbuds will now pair with each other automatically, this process is complete when the left earbud remains flashing red and blue but the right earbud stops. 4. Turn on the devices bluetooth you are connecting to, wait for A9S to display in the available device list under Bluetooth. You may need to scan or refresh if A9S doesn’t appear. Once A9S displays tab on it to connect. 5. Your earbuds are now connected to your device and ready to use. Kind Regards
