Love the item. Customer service is awful. Ordered 5 tassels for all the children graduating and received one. Haven’t heard back from customer service. I sent the pictures in as requested.. still nothing. I need to hear from you all or have to submit a request from my card for a refund.

Very bad.Ordered 4 personalised glasses .One came only in good condition.texted were mixed up on 2 dif type of glasses and the print was very bad.have no my order that i placed,no refund..costumer service very bad,not helpful at all.Very disapointed

Ordered a size 3X looks like a size medium at best! Waste of money. Would like a refund as these swim shorts are useless to me now, but I’m not going to hold my breath. I was not able to upload a photo because your site won’t let me, of course. But the waist measures 17 inches!!!
