They claim a size US 7 in women's is a size 39/40 which it clearly is NOT! Look at any conversion chart and you will see a size 7 is a size 38 in Asian sizes! They are not willing to refund or redo these slippers.

Love the item. Customer service is awful. Ordered 5 tassels for all the children graduating and received one. Haven’t heard back from customer service. I sent the pictures in as requested.. still nothing. I need to hear from you all or have to submit a request from my card for a refund.

Ordered a size 3X looks like a size medium at best! Waste of money. Would like a refund as these swim shorts are useless to me now, but I’m not going to hold my breath. I was not able to upload a photo because your site won’t let me, of course. But the waist measures 17 inches!!!
