“The product itself e.g Thermal Pads or Paste are great ONLY If you get them fresh, they do work, otherwise, paste can have retain oil on top and pads will be falling apart in your hands making their product useless.
Worse part about all this is, If that happens and you are the one unlucky one and I'm not making you....good luck getting customer support to respond to you and when and if they do, they will give you ton of excuses and then again, you wont hear from them for days, even weeks and at the end you might get replacement but the headache you will have and the experience will not be enjoyable.”
