“Your website is Excellent but I did have a question with the wording on the "how to order" section. I sent an email to you to confirm what the wording meant and you responded very quickly.. The phrase is, "Space required above 36" wide door if door opens out". The answer is 13 inches for the awning I wanted and I only had 15 inches space between the top of the doorframe and the bottom of the soffits. And I wasn't sure how you are actually measuring that 13 inches. You might consider revising the wording to say something like, "space between top of doorframe and top of bracket. . . or whatever would most accurately describe how to measure for that 13 inch requirement. Just a suggestion..”
