“Spoke with the customer service about the awning and seemed inconvenienced by my call. Also, told them it was just ever so slightly above my budget as someone hit the current awning so we weren't planning on purchasing one right now and was basically told whatever the online price says it is, is the price. Just wasn't impressed with the support, I hope the product is much better.”
“On my order, the payment was accepted, but the order did not go through. General Awnings did notice the error and refunded the credit card. Perhaps the error was the day delay between when I put the order in the cart and when I placed the order. I ordered the same item again and everything worked fine.”
“Tried numerous times to use the Paypal option,was unable to connect through your checkout system. Very disappointed in the fact that was not available, even sent an email to you folks and got a reply back saying that Paypal was available.Still would not go through. You folks need to check and see what is going on, this was almost enough of a hassle for me to search elsewhere,hope you can figure it out.”
