“Always fast service and great selection from General Awnings. I especially appreciate the fact that I can duplicate style and color with an awning I bought 10 years ago!”
“Spoke to Jeffrey prior to purchase and he answered all of my questions. Thanks for having "a person" to speak to rather than going through all the voice mail prompts.”
“THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WAS WITH THE COLOR SELECTION. IF YOU CHANGE YOUR COLOR IT DOES NOT GET RID OF THE FIRST CHOICE - SO I STARTED WITH A STRIPE AND THEN CHOSE NOT TO GO WITH A STRIPE AND COULD NOT GET RID OF THE STRIPE COLOR UNLESS I STARTED A NEW ORDER. OTHER THAN THAT, IT WAS EASY AND PROVIDED MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCT THAN OTHER COMPANIES SELLING DOOR CANOPIES.”
