“No problem with you site overall. However...in previous conversations with a gentleman at you company I was told you have a NO RETURN POLICY. That is out of line in my opinion. Let us hope your product is what I expected with the quality it appears to have. Please advise if I have this wrong.”

“The website did not provide detailed insructions for installation. I watched the YouTube videos but still had some questions about the need to locate studs or anchoring to stucco. More detailed instructions for installation would be helpful.”

“So easy to order. This is the second one we ordered. The only problem was their shipping company delivered to wrong address, luckily the home occupants brought it down to us. Otherwise we really like it”
