“Very poor communication from staff. E.g. not answering emails. This turned into threatening phone calls from staff who appeared to give fake names. They are not regulated and are based in Estonia. Stay away from them if you have any sense. I can only imagine that any positive reviews on here will be fake posted by their own members of staff.
