“This Company is not up front with its promotion as it hides the fact that they will be extracting a subscription later from unsuspecting people.

“A family member ordered without discussion at home. Asked for a refund within 4 hrs. They sent me a list to try their plan for 7 days. If that don't work they want a video of you training the pet. I could see if it is a week or so into training. But we do not need this and was stated very clearly. Through several emails. Trash customer service. AVOID THIS COMPANY”
“Like everyone else has said, big scam. Purchase what is supposed to be a one off then charged with a £50 substitution only to be told because it wasn’t within the 30 day period I didn’t meet the criteria for a refund. Scumbags.”
“They definitely don't make it clear that it's a subscription. You just choose a plan. And then a month later get notified that you've been charged $50. I had to go search the website to find out that it's a subscription based program and in order to cancel I had to email their support with the title "Unsubscribe". I did and got an immediate generic email back saying that no further payments will be taken out. I guess we'll see in a month.”

Tried to cancel on day of subscription as I have recently been made redundant and could not afford £79.99 coming out of my bank through paypal, hard enough to have money to feed the dog let alone a subscription. They did not care, i have not used the service so why cant they refund my money. Computer says no response is all i have got..”

“Thus company is a scam. You sign up for what you think us a 4 week plan fir 19.99 which they tell you us the most popular. At the end of the 4 weeks you get a draft come out for 49.99 and they tell you it's an ongoing monthly subscription you originally signed up for. They do not want to refund your 49.99. The plan was lengthy abd tiresome. Hard to get anything from these videos. I kept thinking they will get better abd they don't. I thought well I lost 19.99 glad I didn't sign up for 3 months! However you did sign up for more abd you don't realize it until they zap your account! Then they tell you it was there where you signed up. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. IT IS A SCAM!”
