Tried to cancel on day of subscription as I have recently been made redundant and could not afford £79.99 coming out of my bank through paypal, hard enough to have money to feed the dog let alone a subscription. They did not care, i have not used the service so why cant they refund my money. Computer says no response is all i have got..”

At the end of the 4 weeks you get a draft come out for 49.99 and they tell you it's an ongoing monthly subscription you originally signed up for. They do not want to refund your 49.99. The plan was lengthy abd tiresome. Hard to get anything from these videos. I kept thinking they will get better abd they don't. I thought well I lost 19.99 glad I didn't sign up for 3 months!
