“Charged me for a "subscription" I never signed up for (Doggy Plan). Refused to refund and it is impossible to fill out a protest on PayPal because none of the options match what I allegedly ordered. Absolutely a horrid experience, and it appears I am out $80. I am furious and I recommend that you do not do business with this company in any way.”

“Doggyplan will sign you up for a small fee, then charge you $129.99 six months later (lost after you've forgotten because you don't use the software because it didn't provide any real value in your dog training)
They will then refuse a refund UNLESS you complained in the first 30 days. But if you are hoping it works, you probably wouldn't complain right away.
Amazing concept to try and get people interested in a substandard product and then hope they forget to cancel. Rough times out there - companies have to work hard to keep unearned and undeserved revenue.

“I paid £29 and a couple months later they have taken £79.99 via PayPal. I didn’t even know it was regarding doggy plan as it is under gentonex and had to google to find out who had taken £79.99 out of my account. I never entered or agreed to a subscription and it was never implied, this is a scam and I wish I had read these reviews before buying anything from them.”

“Why isnt there a 0? I signed up for what I thought was a $20 cost for dog training basics. Now $49.99 has been taken for what they is a subscription and I only paid for a trial. A bunch of other nonsense excuses when I tried to get my money back. Totally a scam. Steer clear if you can find the name of the product. It was clearly not Gentenox. What a joke.”
