“Very happy with the goods, but really upset for the lack in uncorrect showing of import duties to Italy. After closing the purchase I was contacted from costumers assistant service that told me they were wrong in charging the correct amount of costs related to shipping (more than doubled). It is very likely that knowing in advance the actual overall price I should not have concluded the purchase. Moreover, in this case something "nice" from you, considered as partial restoration of the troubles occurred, should have been the minimum level of costumers care kindness to apply. Apart from that, the operator (Joanna) of costumers care sarvice was very kind and professional.”

“Everything arrived perfectly. I started using all of my new gear immediately. Better than my beginning gear that I've had for a couple of years now. That being said, the shoes started to crack and split going towards the toe. Not happy about it but I do like the shoes as they provide more protection.”
