I really wanted to say thank you to John (Gillespie) for his ongoing support and understanding for a situation that was causing a HUGE amount of stress. The great thing about John is that he will quickly take the initiative and sort out your financial woes calmly and reassuringly to hopefully get you to where you need to be, which is back in control. He has a very person centric approach which is a real skill. I think John realises that asking for help is a very brave step for most people and he recognises this with empathy and a solution based mindset.

The experience was exceptionally smooth and comfortable. While discussing financial difficulties can often be daunting, Billy created an environment that put me completely at ease, never once displaying any condescension or judgment. Throughout our conversation, Billy alleviated all of my concerns, combining a friendly demeanor with unwavering professionalism and efficiency. He is, without a doubt, a remarkable individual and the most amiable person I've ever had the pleasure of speaking with.

I phoned up today with a query about my annual report n I got help explaining any questions I had by a gentleman named Darren. Darren is a very helpful man n Id recommend him to any client who is with u's. Id give him 10/10

I received a very alarming look letter around the 12 July it looked like I had breached my agreement I spoke on the Day to Barry who was very courteous and reassuring that there was no need to panic we found out that my details were not up to date and therefore I would have 30 days to complete the required paper work . On 22 July I had a relapse I should explain I have issues with my mental health and I can become very confused and forgetful. The paper work was duly returned but during this period of unwellness. I was compassionately and courteously by John who was consistently helpful and supportive. I wrote Johns line manager to let him know about the excellent service I received and I'm happy to comment the customer facing staff John and Barry for the exemplary service I received
