“John was amazing! Again and again Going through financial situations is never easy, it is even harder when trying to deal with severe mental health issues. The trouble when dealing with your internal issues mentally, is sometimes your expectations and needs are far above those of the normal customer. I am not afraid to admit I am someone that requires a lot of TLC. I had the pleasure to speak to John on several occasions, quite a few in a very emotional state. He was far more than a representative for an organisation, he was an advocate for care and compassion. Making a difference in actual health and wellbeing. He is a true asset to the company and I am so personally great full. Thank you so much”
