“Nathan was great, he was super friendly and always remained professional. He explained everything in detail to me repeating if need be and made me feel at ease whilst explaining my situation. There was no judgement from him and this was something I was worried about. It’s natural to feel embarrassed when it comes to debt but he was very supportive. He always made me feel relaxed and I would highly recommend, even if it’s just for advice to explore your options!”

“Was called at time best for me . Billy explained everything in detail repeating if necessary made me feel well at ease. No judgement was worried and embarrassed to get in touch then heard this voice felt relaxed and after talking relief definitely recommend”
