“I contacted customer service last night about my order, and multiple agents told me there was no record of it and I needed to contact smartPay for assistance. They were able to check the order and ensure it was valid and have told me there is no way they would have the information and Straight Talk wouldn't. there is no tracking information 4 days after the initial order and I paid for overnight shipping. I have never had such poor service on a $700+ order. After this device is paid off, never purchasing from them again.”
