“ I returned an item that I did not like and paid for my postage I got the item back saying I was not getting a refund as the Adidas box had black tape on it which was already damaged on delivery. There is nothing in the returns policy that mentions the condition of the box it came in, only the items inside. Now going to Trading Standards to sort out- stay clear of this company!! ”
