I returned an item that I did not like and paid for my postage
I got the item back saying I was not getting a refund as the Adidas box had black tape on it which was already damaged on delivery.
There is nothing in the returns policy that mentions the condition of the box it came in, only the items inside.
Now going to Trading Standards to sort out- stay clear of this company!!

Nothing received and when chased 15 April was told returns dept was “experiencing high volumes” and should get refund by 23 April.

Poor experience of having to pay for delivery and also returns won't be using again. Product a big let down really uncomfortable poorly fitting boots. Other companies offer a better service!

Same like all the other customers have issue with returns. Ridiculous that you have to pay for delivery and then to return. I should have read that before to order anything from them.
