“I placed multiple orders for likes, reposts, and followers between November 11, 2025 and January 1, 2026. Across several orders, the services were either never delivered, partially delivered and then dropped back to baseline, or marked as “completed” despite no delivery. I reported these issues promptly and repeatedly, with screenshots and timestamps. In several cases, repost orders were confirmed as “successfully delivered” even though the repost counts remained exactly the same as before the order was placed. This was pointed out immediately in writing. I experienced the following issues across multiple orders: Likes that briefly appeared and then dropped back to the original count Reposts that were never delivered at all Follower orders that disappeared within hours or were never attempted Orders being tagged as “completed” without meeting the purchased quantity Being disconnected from live chat after long hold times Repeated requests to speak with a manager that were never honored From late December through January 1, I opened multiple escalation tickets requesting either stable delivery or refunds. Each escalation received only automated acknowledgements with no assigned agent, no management contact, and no resolution. Some tickets remained unassigned entirely. At no point did management or finance respond, despite explicit written requests. I was repeatedly asked to “check again” or wait, even after clearly documenting that services reverted to their original numbers within hours or were never delivered at all. This review is not about a single delay. It documents a pattern of non-delivery, false completion confirmations, and ignored escalation requests. Refunds were requested clearly and item-by-item only after the services failed. This review is based entirely on documented emails, ticket numbers, and timestamps.”
