“we have not received our product yet and we're already extremely impressed with the Customer Service. At check out, I was using PayPal and for some reason it failed. When I switched to another form of payment, my checkout dropped the discount code that I received and I was charged the full amount. I sent an email to Keith Smart and they understood that I wanted to cancel and get a refund so I could re-order with my discount code. In no time at all, I received a reply saying they would go ahead and apply the discount without me having to cancel, wait for a refund and then need to go back and re-order. Just one email and response and it was a done deal. My tracker wallet card is on the way was no delay in my delivery time.”
