“Very good site, plenty of recipes, exercise and fitness tips, the search function on each part is really good, if you send a message a response is always received, usually within minutes. Very helpful if you ask specific questions or just trying to help you along the way.”

“I think my initial experience was to fill in the diet diary and I did it all wrong as I thought you had to fill in the set plan and each day was very low calories and I didn't realise I could change the days or diets. I think this bit needs a lot more explaining when you first begin. I love the motivational videos from Rosemary and the exercise ones - they really do spur me on and I like to read what others are doing too. The food is really good now I've worked out that if I have say lamb and have no idea how to make it low calorie I only have to put the word lamb on site and there are lots of ideas for it.”

“There is no pressure, it's up to each individual to reach the goals they want but there is plenty of support and an enthusiastic team to call upon if needed. Great exercises and recipes as well. I really enjoy being a member.”

“Just completed my first month online dieting, I'm so pleased with the result, I've found the coaches quick responce so helpful and look forward to their support in the days to come when the going gets tough as I know it will I have a lot of weight to lose”

“Come and join us, there is so much that will enable you to lose weight..... Recipes, exercise plans, the helpful staff and you can also make friends. The website is so easy to navigate and if you do get stuck there is always someone who will help you along the way.”

“Excellent site. Very very easy to use and navigate around, never come across a site like it. Has everything you need to achieve your goals for an extremely reasonable price too. Support and customer service is second to none, the coaches are wonderful. Obviously some people find some diets suit more than others, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rosemary Conley to anyone who hasn't tried it before. Thanks RC and the Team for helping me achieve my goals :)”

“I was happy with the help provided overall. I was disappointed that I could not print out a week's menus and therefore plan ahead with my shopping. It didn't seem to work properly. Some of it was confusing. The help support offered was very good.”
