I think my initial experience was to fill in the diet diary and I did it all wrong as I thought you had to fill in the set plan and each day was very low calories and I didn't realise I could change the days or diets. I think this bit needs a lot more explaining when you first begin.
I love the motivational videos from Rosemary and the exercise ones - they really do spur me on and I like to read what others are doing too.
The food is really good now I've worked out that if I have say lamb and have no idea how to make it low calorie I only have to put the word lamb on site and there are lots of ideas for it.
