“ I replied requesting a 50% refund, which I consider to be reasonable as the mark up on the contents of the hampers was 5 times! And Gifthamperz asked me what I wanted! Gifthamperz emailed me back stating that they had reported me for breaching Amazon feedback rules by making threats! I contacted Amazon, who confirmed that Gifthamperz had breached Amazon feedback policies as they are not allowed to include leaflets requesting that dissatisfied customers contact them before leaving negative feedback. ”
