“Thank you so much Giftware Direct for getting my order done and sent so quickly! I was on a tight time limit and ordered personalised bar runners from Giftware Direct for a gift. Giftware Direct responded to my emails, were so efficient and quick and my order arrived in plenty of time, looks amazing and is excellent quality! My friends who the bar runners were for also love them.
Really appreciate your help and will definitely recommend Giftware direct to others!”
“I found a few of your products are an exact copy, with word for word product descriptions of another company. Even your design of these products are an exact copy. Its absolute stealing to make a quick buck from someone else's hard work. Shame on you guys and poor business. But l guess you will only publish the 5 Star rating reviews.”
“Service - correspondence with finalising my personalised product (wedding guest book) was on point
Price - affordable (highly recommend)
Delivery - ordered this a bit too lat, but I just hoped for the best, but Giftware Direct and Team delivered. Received way ahead of time for my wedding.
Thank you so much again for the great bargain and service you delivered. Best wishes =)”

“I was purchasing an engraved champagne glass and requested it be delivered by the weekend (in 2 days), after spending little longer than intended sorting out what I needed. I explained to Abbie that the reason I needed it was for sentimental reasons and it would be really wonderful if she could help me have it express posted to make sure it was both made, and arrived on time. Abbie was great, responded quickly and sure enough the glass arrived! Thank you so much :)”
“"The second lot of glasses we ordered was just as perfect as the first lot.
Unfortunately due to Covid19’s government restrictions we have to postpone our wedding. So the date May 9 on our glasses won’t be our wedding date, we are in a situation when we are unsure wether to use these glasses or get new ones done but the expense is a huge thing now that I am not working due to the virus restrictions."”
“"Absolutely amazing  couldn’t be happier with how wary the process was and the reassurance on how my product will look before production and dispatch"”
