“Absolutely brilliant service both in terms of helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. Bought a fantastically priced acoustic bass, and I loved the fact that I was allowed to play it before deciding to buy it. Definitely buying anything musical in the future from GigGear :D”

“Excellent, helpful service. I needed a new electro-acoustic guitar to replace my 40 year old guitar (that I had knocked over, snapping off the top of the neck). I was looking for a Fender CF60CE, but was impressed with the Brunswick BTK50NA (£169). Gig Gear's Alex Duncan however suggested that I consider the Brunswick BTK30BK (£139). I was very impressed with this guitar and bought it. The guitar had been 'set up' by the shop, has excellent action, plays beautifully, has an excellent 'pick-up' and sounds great acoustically and amplified. I was also impressed with the built in guitar tuner. Gig Gear even added a second guitar strap button without charge, saying, "It was no problem." Will be buying from Gig Gear again.”
