“I bought the Roland RH5 headphones to use with my guitar and Roland Micro Cube. Wish I'd bought them a long time ago now. The sound is excellent, they come with a long cable which is handy and they are lightweight. Excellent! Great service too, ordered online and I had them two days later. Great job!”

“This is not my first shopping experience with Giggear, so I was really expecting to receive the same high standards of customer service I would ordinarily expect from this retailer. Under the circumstances, and given that they got this order by default due to another supplier's failure, I wasn't disappointed and I would say you can shop with confidence in every respect at this outlet. “During the shutdown period I found myself looking for a number of guitar related items at short notice. I close friend had died and we were asked to attend. GigGear were excellent, the site was easy to use but more importantly they were quick to make contact and assist me in finding an alternatives items. They couldn't have done more to help and the prices were very reasonable. I'm delighted with them and will continue to use them for all my supplies.”
