“As a working guy with a family and all the pressures those things bring, I like to buy with as little hassle as possible, and at a competitive price too. Being a guitar player with equipment-acquisition-syndrome, I also want my stuff as soon as I have paid for it. Earlier, in fact. Giggear don't quite manage that - who does? - but they come close enough. Delivery is quick and reliable, and the gear I've bought has always been just as expected. I like my online retailers to be like a Quo record - dependable, solid, no-fuss and you know exactly what you're gonna get, every time. Giggear are exactly that (hopefully, without the sleeveless denim). I'll be using them a lot more in the future.”

“A fantastic store,(plenty of showroom space,and plenty of staff),i knew the fella when he was in hertford,and he`s finally got what he`s always wanted,and certainly what he deserves.A hard working team,who are only too pleased to help give demonstrations and advice,i don`t know how he manages some of the prices,(i`ve never paid the full price tag),he must be earning a bomb,sending stuff to europe on-line.Thanks Giggear !”

“Excellent value LAG 12string in pretty constant use since reception; delivery and communication from GigGear was first rate - arrived exactly on time at our (fairly remote) farm house in Cumbria. Since then, useful information but never too pushy. Would use again.”

“We've visited Gig Gear many times now, trying and buying a variety of products over the years, from Guitar Amplifiers to drumsticks. We've always been greeted with a friendly reception and as much help and assistance as we needed. A couple of the staff greet us as old mates now and we feel very comfortable in the shop. On line, it is very easy to compare deals and special prices and Gig Gear has shown their commitment to competitive pricing and is consistently able to match their competitors effectively. I'm sure we will enjoy many more visits yet!”
