“I ordered take-away from the restaurant in Windsor. Very poor customer service. I was so disappointed at the way this restaurant shows disrespect for its individual online takeaway customers. I ordered a meal 2 hours in advance, setting a pick-up time of 7:30. I arrived on time and there were three people in front of me. It was bitterly cold and raining but I assumed I would have to wait a few minutes. One customer was served but in the next ten minutes three delivery Company drivers arrived, pushed straight to the front of the queue and were served immediately.
By now I had been waiting for fifteen minutes, getting colder and colder. I was called and gave my name. There was no sign of my order and in the meantime another 4 delivery drivers arrived and were served immediately. It is clear that this business has no regard for individual customers who go to the back of the queue. My complaint is that they do not make any mention of this and they should at least be honest about the way they disregard individual customers in favour of the big delivery companies.
After half an hour I asked what had happened to my order and to my amazement the staff member said 'what's your name!?' I was eventually served, frozen and soaking wet after half an hour. The food is nice but was completely ruined by my negative experience of the service and the misleading way it treats its individual customers”
