“Worst online shopping experience I've ever had.
I purchased a dress from Gilt and was extremely disappointed. Their customer service is practically non-existent. They do not respond to emails, and when you need assistance, you are left completely ignored.
What makes it even more frustrating is that the "Final Sale" notice is not obvious when shopping on a mobile phone. It's very easy to miss, and once you've made the purchase, you're stuck with the item regardless of any issues.
If you're expecting responsive customer support or a fair resolution process, don't count on it. I sent multiple emails and never received a meaningful response.
I would strongly advise shoppers to be very careful before purchasing from Gilt. Read every detail carefully because if something goes wrong, you may never hear back from them. In my experience, it felt like a complete waste of money and a very frustrating experience.”

HORRIBLE COMPANY... CUTOMER SERVICE -10 ! A few weeks ago a random charge popped up on my charge as pending. Called right away... what is this charge. YOU DO NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO JUST PUT RANDOM CHARGE ON MY CARD . Customer service said was a computer glitch... I dont care that it's only 5.47 $ oh it a glitch won't actually get charged. ITS ON MY CC. Called again. Over an hour spent on phone . No response to email.
OH THEY SAY HOW CAN I CREDIT SOMETHING THAT WASNT A CHARGE! DO YOU HAVE AN ORDER # NO BC I DIDNT PURCHASE, SUBSCRIBE ETC. YOU JUST PUT A CHARGE ON CC. WELL... I CANT CREDIT YOU FOR SOMETHING NOT ATTACHED TO A PURCHASE!!! NOW HAVE TO CALL CC AND WASTE MORE TIME!
