When I contacted them to cancel the order and request a refund, explaining that I was leaving the UK for over a month and wouldn’t be around to receive it, I was met with nothing but excuses, stalling tactics, and zero accountability.

After 4x weeks a white gold, rhodium plated, green diamond ring went brown. No amount of cleaning would work. GLAMIRA refused to take responsibility or offer a refund. Sighting the small print. My fiancée is mortified. I wish I’d never bought it. Disgusting.

I returned the product in its original condition, but GLAMIRA refused to issue a refund! I tried to contact GLAMIRA’s customer support through their official site, but was only connected to an automated chatbot.

While their customer service initially agreed to a return and refund, they changed their stance after several weeks, leaving me in limbo.

On August the 9th they announced me that the process of producing will last more so probably on August the 20th they will announce me what the new status of producing will be(?!) so even my order is not produced many days after the first communicated term they continue to refuse the refund of my money.

Delivered a ring that had the wrong colour centre stone and a size too big. Told me via email I could return the ring then once they received it they said they're sending it me back and I won't be getting a refund. If you try to phone them you stay on hold for around an hour and then the line cuts out. Online chat doesn't work. Only contact is by email and they are not helpful at all.

At this point I asked for a refund, which they refused because "it was already in production".

my partner has been in email correspondence with the company for several days now and they are essentially refusing to fix/replace or refund the item.

They are refusing to give me a refund because the ring is out of its 60 day warranty period, which is unbelievable, I haven't had the ring in my possession for 60 days, they have had it for longer than I have!! I have written numerous emails only to receive the same generic reply back each time.
