“Excellent website and easy to order, goods delivered quickly with good packaging. I find the ladies sizes are not very generous.”

“Hi, tee shirt returned because stitching at shoulder seam not caught. Tried calling contact number at weekend and got message that didn't give an appropriate message. Sent email and got quick response advising to send tee shirt back which I could do and I still had the returns slip. Will my £2.50 postage be refunded as it is faulty goods - no mention that I can see as to the policy for this.”

“Bought 4 hoodies in various sizes none fitted, phoned web help line to ask advise and was told go to Buchanan St shop who said didnt stock same items and could not exchange here anyway and said go to Albion St who said can't deal with here go to Buchanan St. So have 4 hoodies that are suitable for children with very short arms and very short very wide bodies. Sizes were for 6yrs 11 yrs 13 yrs 15yrs. all average size children. Help if you can.”

“I wanted to buy Commoneralth merchandise as Christmas presents for all the family but unfortunately the range of stock and availability of sizes (children and adults) was extremely poor at that time. Shame, because we had bought loads of Olympic 2012 and wanted to do same for Commonwealth. Ended up buying non-official bits from elsewhere.”

“I feel bad at writing a review that is not totally complimentary as I did not bring it up with the retailer but here goes. I bought 2 boys hoodies (age 11-12) with the 2014 Glasgow Commonwealth Games logo in grey and navy, one for my son and one to send to his friend in New York. The top was nice quality but when I washed the navy one the arms have shrunk! I think the sizing is on the small side too. Apart from that the quality is nice and it looks lovely.”

“The service was good and staff polite.My only complaint are the sizes of the Commonwealth Games merchandice.The Men,s range when measured against each other are not the same size,took a few items over to Cape Town only to bring them back and exchange.I also had to buy my girl friend anxxL size in a Ladies T Shirt.She is not usually that size and very confusing when buying for all our Scottish friends who live overseas but are still Scottish at heart.Would be interesting to know if I am the only person who found the sizes varied so much.”

“I ordered a polo shirt. It arrived in good time and washes well. I normally take a 12 in t-shirts and assumed a medium would be 12-14. However thought it feels nice it is slightly smaller than I expected and I certainly would not think it would fit anyone size 14.”
