“Good that postage was refunded automatically when I returned a faulty item. Careless that said item was sent in the first place. One order took a very, very log time to eventually arrive.”

“Was disappointed with the sizing -- had to take much bigger sizes than required. Liked the designs but felt the kids sweatshirts are a bit expensive.”

“I bought a Polo Shirt for my son's birthday and he was delighted with it. He stays in Geneva and thought that he may have been the first person to wear a Commonwealth Shirt but on the day he wore his one of his friends was indeed wearing one too! Nice bit of unexpected publicity.”

“The joody looks great bit the quality is poor and after a wash yiu need to wrestle with it to reshapenit, or else it is shrunken and skewed. Really diaappointed.”

“I originally ordered four t-shirts, one adult and three t-shirts so that we could feel more part of the games when attending the gymnastics in July. A couple of month after the full amount came off my credit card I contacted them as no items or contact had been received. I was told that two of the t-shirts were out of stock and they didn't know when they would be back in so these items were cancelled a refund received. A few months after this the remainder two t-shirts still hadn't arrived nor had any contact been made so I had to make contact to see what happened to the order. To my dismay I was also told that these were out of stock and they didn't know when they would be back in so now this order was cancelled. I am utterly disappointed at my experience with the purchasing of merchandise that would have made the experience that little bit more special. I would still be interested in buying some merchandise, however this service has unfortunately put me off.”

“Tshirt sizes one size too small ie., I bought a large and medium, but had to send back the medium as it didn't fit my daughter, give her my large and ordered an XL for me which it not the size I normally buy”

“At the time of my purchase there was not a great deal of stock in the shop. Although to date there has been some new lines introduced. There needs to be much more affordable item ,in order that every one can afford to buy something to celebrity of this great occasion in Glasgow. Price ought to start at £1.00.”
