Ordered on the 5th when the transaction came off, it took 8 days before I received confirmation of the order, the email stated it would arrive in 2 working days, it actually took 3 days. I also learned later that if I went into the store I would have received a discount because I was a cast ceremonies volunteer but couldn't get a discount in the online shop.

I understand from the e-mail sent re the Glasgow shop that all items had been reduced by 50%. I therefore ordered a tee shirt which I had previously looked at whilst in Glasgow and thought to be too expensive to buy. Having placed the order I was advised by the Glasgow shop that the offer of 50% only applied to items purchased in the shop and not by computer. Obviously I am very disappointed and consider that the advert of 50% off was misleading. It is all the more unfortunate as I took the trouble to buy tickets for the games and support the games by attending. Not good customer service. I have not yet received the tee shirt. Clare Hammond

I purchased a 'we are England' white men's t shirt for my husband as a gift as we were going to some commonwealth games events. Arrived in good time and I was very impressed. However I washed it, admittedly on wrong setting and the 'lion' logo came off completely. I have tried twice to 're-order, was promised an email and received nothing and no goods either! I have no idea whether my order has gone through or not. Am going to have to check website yet again to see if there is a 'contact us' button to find out what has happened to my order! I am now not impressed.

Not enough stock of popular items; items out of stock and not being restocked were still available on the website; customer services team took days to respond and was unhelpful; goods overpriced and of very poor quality with no apology or forewarning and probably some obscure, long-winded refund process.

Despite ordering two sets of glasses with bottle of whiskey on 5th of august and my husband contacting company by e mail the gifts have yet to arrive .This has resulted in missed birthday presents so not impressed by company stating gifts would be delivered in 5 working days then when husband contacted company by e mail and being told gifts would arrive in 2 days nothing has arrived ,Would certainly not recommend this company .

Still waiting on order from 26th July. One item not in stock so finally had to phone to find out about rest of order. When finally arrived today both items were smashed so badly I cut my finger when opening parcel. Not nearly good enough!

Lack of info regarding order. I contacted them about the order and they informed me that product was no longer available - 2 weeks later. Still awaiting t-shirt. Response was quick after my contact but I would have appreciated quicker info as I was in Glasgow for the Games and could have purchased an alternative.

I ordered 3 clydes and a pack bag a few days of opening , to be told the bag was out of stock and they would send the rest of the order out! If I knew it was going to take this long, I would of went up and got them myself, very disappointed

This order was placed on the 6th of August and was scheduled to be delivered in 5 days it is now the 18th of August and I am still waiting service is abysmal and as a further insult the caps are now half price an absolute joke

I ordered two items on the 25th July (day two of the commonwealth games) and was told that the t-shirt was on order and would take up to 14 working days to reach me. After more than 14 working days I emailed to find out where my order was, to be told that not only was the t-shirt out of stock, but there would be no additional stock arriving. My order was subsequently cancelled and my money reimbursed. The lack of communication and subsequent cancellation of my order is very disappointing, especially since I can no longer purchase the t-shirt anywhere else.

Ordered 4 items on 28th July Next day got email saying 1 was no longer in stock, and would proceed with the other 3 items On 9th August I emailed them asking why the other 3 items had not been despatched They had obviously 'lost' the order, as I then got a reply saying another 2 items were now no longer in stock, and they would despatch the remaining item. This was then despatched on the 11th August Very Very poor, as their delays, resulted in 2 of the items I ordered going out of stock

I ordered a programme hoping to browse through it during the games but received it nearly two weeks after they finished.I had to contact you to ask about it otherwise you would not have bothered letting me know. That is why I rate your service VERY POOR

NO INITIAL EMAIL WAS RECEIVED WHEN THE ORDER WAS PLACED TO CONFIRM THE ORDER. Member of staff said some difficulty with Hotmail so I gave an alternative and a pdf copy was sent to that. After 10 working days I had no further update on the items 'on order' so rang to query. We discussed amendments to the order as one item was no longer available. The person was very polite and helpful and SAID THAT SHE WOULD PUT THE ORDER ON HOLD UNTIL 18TH AUGUST as we were going away. When we arrived home yesterday, August 16th, we find that THERE HAVE BEEN THREE ATTEMPTS TO DELIVER THE PARCEL ALREADY AND THAT THE PARCEL HAS BEEN RETURNED. There has been NO EMAIL, which the original said there would be, to let us know that delivery was due and tracking details. This has been very disappointing only let down in an otherwise superb Commonwealth Games experience. I trust the parcel is sent back to us at the first opportunity at no extra charge. PLEASE UPDATE ME ON THE SITUATION.

I purchased 3 small items from the online shop on the 4th aug. 1 has just arrived no trace of the other 2. Tried calling the 0845 number to no avail also sent email, no response. If only they were as efficient at dispatching goods as they are at taking payments.

The service has taken far too long to process & deliver my order for 2 childrens T shirts. My order was made on the 3rd August & it is now 2pm on Friday the 15th August & I still have not received the T shirts. Far too slow as I will now have to post the items to New Zealand instead of giving them in person to the children.

Bought item on-line. It was faulty. I asked for a replacement. They said it wasn't possible on-line - they could give a refund (if I sent photos of fault), but I had to go to a shop for a replacement! Waste of time.

The product I received was not the item I ordered and paid for.! I am now supposed to return this item as indicated by the instructions given in the accompanying letter, unfortunately i don't have time to make my way to a post office, queue up and send it back. So i'm basically stuck with an item i don't want, so will probably end up in the rubbish bin! I have no idea why the correct item coldnt have been sent in the first place.
