“I attempted to purchase 5 clothing items over a couple of days but after completing all details each time, there was an error message right at the end saying payment couldn't be processed, please try again. I tried this around 4 times whilst getting increasingly frustrated as it was time consuming to keep navigating & completing information each time. I tried different payment cards but still got that message. I then thought I'd phone up to order but the contact number was only manned 9 to 5 Mon to Fri so was useless over the weekend and for anyone working full time. It was also annoying as this merchandise wasn't available anywhere else so this was the only way to buy. I eventually purchased some 4 days after first trying, extremely disappointing experience”

“Loved my hoody - perfect fit. The same can't be said about my t shirt which, although the same size, barely went over my head. I was very disappointed with the unavailability of my size on a number of items.”

“Haven't received confirmation of my order, emailed 'contact us', received an apologetic email and I was told it will be resent again, still nothing. I have no idea when items will be delivered, was needing them before Friday because I'm then away. Sent another email, asking for an ETA of when I can expect delivery and saying I still haven't received confirmation of my order. Still waiting for reply.”

“Not a big enough selection of merchandise for sale (compared to the Olympics). There was no clothing or caps or merchandise for Team Wales, only Team England and Team Scotland. I ordered some goods a week ago and have not still received them and will be leaving for Scotland in 2 days!”

“The website was not working on the Sunday I ordered my items. I attempted to buy them 3 times, each time I was told that the transaction had failed... only to find out the next day that my bank account had been debited 3 times! thankfully I got my money back after 3 days.”

“The site was not very user friendly. Firstly, items were still showing when in fact they had sold out. You could only find this out when you clicked on the item. Secondly, I tried three times to try and pay and it failed each time. I eventually went on to the site again the next day and was able to order the items. I have had an email to say that the items are on the way, however when I clicked on the "Click here" which states I would be taken to the Hermes site and wouldn't need a tracking number, it said there was no record. I have tried again today and it just says Order Generated with no further details.”
