“This has been one of the most disapointing purchases made on the internet. On Sun 6 July I tried to order a T Shirt for my grand daughter and on three occasions my card was declined I therfore assumed that that the purchase had not gone through. my husband was worries that his account had been tampered with especially as we were going on holiday the next day. On Sun 13 Jul y I was clearing various E Mails and found your confirmation of purchase dated 8 July. I E mailed to ask if the item had been dispatched and to confirm that only 1 had been charged. I received a reply on 15 July to say only 1 had been charged but that the colour ordered was out of stock although this colour was in stock at the time it was ordered and would I agree to swap the colour to the one that was out of stock on the date of the orginal order. This was swapped on 16 July and my grand daughter received it on Sat. 19 July. This was a long drawn out affair and if time gad permitted I wish I had gone to Glasgow to buy it and post it myself. I certainly would not consider using the Glasgow2014 shop again. G Edmond”

“In hindsight it was a good service, I was a bit worried about the sizes of the childrens' t-shirts but they did fit perfectly. Dispatch could have been quicker but considering the volume of the shop especially a week before the opening of the games, it was good and most importantly it got here before the opening, so wonderful ^_^ I'm please and the wee boys are please too.”

“Ordered 50cm Clyde plush toy online (which said was in stock) on 5th july, money was taken out of my bank 7th.phoned on 17th July and the item had still not been despatched!!!seemingly was despatched on 18th hopefully i should receive it this week!!!this was to be a birthday present for my sons birthday!!!( i would give this poor in my ratings) visited the Glasgow shop at George Square (came through from Edinburgh especially for this.i have to say i thought the shop was a bit drab.not very exciting to walk around, saying that my little boy purchased the 1metre Clyde and he absolutely adores him a welcome addition to our household.also purchased the hoodies which i really liked.i thought the t-shirts were not a very good fit.(i would give this normal in my ratings)”

“Shopping was fairly easy, it would have been helpful to have the sizes available at the choosing point rather than the ordering point, and even after that something I ordered was out of stock, which I only found out a couple of days later, which meant I had to go back on line to re-order, other than that it was an easy experience”

“It was very easy to order with clear instructions and the tracking system was good. I was a bit disappointed with the price of the P&P and not happy when I discovered Aldi is selling the same bag I ordered for half the price and obviously no P&P! Helen Gibson”

“This order was placed some time ago. Sadly I am STILL awaiting delivery of the item despite several communications back and forth, and having to alter the item I would accept, as you had none of the original items left. I was assured last week that the changed item was in the post but am still waiting. Sorry but not my idea of good service!!!”

“To date the site has been really good and efficient with excellent postal times. I do have one observation, I have been buying pins from the site but why is it that single pins attract no postage but buying multiple pins attracts a postal charge. I want to buy 16 pins, do they really want me to buy 16 individual pins as 16 individual orders so as not to attract the postage with the consequent pain for me and them that will result from it?”
