I submitted a screwed up order online over a weekend and immediately sent a convoluted email explaining what I had done wrong, and which SKUs and the quantity I had intended to order. First thing Monday morning I received a personal email validating my revision and providing clarifying information to process the order. By lunchtime everything was in order. The product shipped promptly and arrived in great shape. You can't really assess a company's service until something goes wrong. In this situation I was entirely responsible for creating a problem and Christine and Chloe had me sorted out in short order. Can't recommend highly enough.”
