“I was a little disappointed I was sold an item that had been on display on the warehouse showroom floor. I understand I bought the item when it was on Sale, however I wasn't aware one of the items (I bought 2 of the same item) had been on display and had marks on it. I did walk around the Warehouse Showroom before I collected the items, and noticed that the dining chair I was buying 2 of, was not on display, so I assume they didn't have any stock. I did an online order for Click and Collect.”

“The quality of the desk I purchase was ok considering what I paid. However I was horrified by the amount of packaging and the amount of styrofoam and unrecyclable materials the box contained. I wouldn’t hv bought it if I’d known tbh”

“I ordered a square table and four dining chairs. The table is okay, but I’m wishing I had taken more time to look carefully and perhaps choose a different one. I have always loved the Hamptons style chairs and I have seen them in many homes etc. However, these particular chairs feel cheaply made which is very disappointing. I will not order furniture from Glick Furniture again as I feel their products are okay but not great quality.”
