“i would advise not using this company, we used them for a set of fitted wardrobes 4 years ago and they were great, so we ordered another set - however completely different story this time, we spent around £4000 on the wardrobes. The fitter has caused so much damage to our house, scuffed all the walls on way up stairs, ripped wallpaper on stairs, pulled the coving off the ceiling and snapped it , and scuffed skirting boards. there is a good £2000 of damages caused by an incompetent fitter. They are now telling me they are not responsible. I have to take it up with the fitter (they have said he will come back and fix everything but there is no way we want this fitter back as he has caused far too much damage already and we have no faith in him. The contract was taken out with Glidrobes, the fact they have employed and incompetent fitter is their issue but they are not willing to resolve it. I will take this to court as I'm sick of companies trying to scam customers and will make a point out of this so they can't do this to other customers down the line. they are responding to this review stating that they have tried to resolve this but they havnt at all.”
